Welcome to MyClicx, Inc. (“MyClicx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, software, applications, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”), available at myclicx.com and related properties.

4. User Content
“User Content” means any content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Services.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant MyClicx a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicenseable, perpetual license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Payment and Billing (if applicable)
Some Services may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or other paid features:
- You agree to pay all fees and taxes;
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law;
- We may change pricing, but existing subscriptions will not be affected without notice.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your rights under these Terms immediately cease;
- Your account and User Content may be deleted.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the Services.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MYCLICX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or security against third-party interference.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYCLICX BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA;
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY TOOLS OR INTEGRATIONS.
Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyClicx and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of:
- Your use of the Services;
- User Content you submit;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any applicable law or rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (or specify your jurisdiction). Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in [City, State], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you (e.g., email or in-app notice). Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
